John has 25+ years of financial and financials systems experience from a broad range of industries ranging from tech start-ups to fortune 500 companies. His past experience includes positions as CFO (banking and technology firms), KPMG Senior Manager, Accenture Senior Consultant, and 10+ years as independent financial and technical consultant. John received his Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 1992.

Halley has 20 years accounting and small business ownership experience. She began using QuickBooks in 1996 in her own business. Since then she’s specialized in accounting software implementation and utilization across many industries including retail, construction, subcontracting, real estate, restaurants, manufacturing, distribution, and technology. She has experience in a variety of accounting and project management programs and has assisted companies recovering from embezzlement.
